Breeding conditions:
|
| Rough-legged Buzzards were common breeding birds in the area, and we found 3 nests on power transmission poles. Long-tailed Skuas successfully bred at a density 1-2 pairs/km2. Tracks of Red Foxes, Arctic Hares and Brown Bears were seen regularly.
